We lived in 2 different units. This is the worst place I ever lived. A few residents take it upon themselves to constantly monitor parking. The managment is horrible and the residents are not friendly. We moved after only living in our unit for a few months. The benefits of living across from the Slough were not worh it.

Worst place to live! Beware of BRINA

 

BRINA! is the worst renter. she has constant problems with the property management. she was so irresposible with contacting us she was the result of our car getting towed even though we had parking passes. but we found out that a year before we moved in they were lost/stolen and she gave them to us. she lives in a dream world. she isw coming up with all these excuses why we should not recieve our 1,129 dollar deposit. we are having to go to court to prove her lies. she does not do a check off list but blames you for things. is completely disrespectful to personal space, comes and goes into the apartment even when your not there so spy on your things. leaves her things in the garage so you have no room to park or store any of your things. things get stolen out of the garage and entrance.
WOSRT PLACE TO LIVE! DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER! IF YOU WANT TO LIVE DRAMA FREE DO NOT LIVE HERE.
BUT IF YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH PEOPLE SPYING ON YOU INSTEAD OF COMING UP AND TALKING TO YOU. S

A wonderful place to live

 

5 Stars On location alone. The sunsets are amazing. The location is like living in the country - right in the middle of the city.

The Mercer Slough Nature Park and Trail network of walking and biking trails is conveniently right across the street. Mercer Park is so close to Lake Washington I can go kayaking nightly.

Unlike the one comment - I find the Homeowners Board works hard to enforce the rules so that those who break the rules ...stop. Somebody has to be the adult - and thankfully the Board keeps the peace and maintains the rules for all the homeowners.
A Great Homeowners Association and a Great place to Live.

The location of Mercer Park Condominiums is convenient and proximity to the Mercer Slough Park is awesome. Over the last 2 years, the association has undertaken a lot of projects to update the property, all from landscaping to exterior paint. The clubhouse was recently renovated and has a great steam room. The financials look great and will keep this association in great fiscal health.

Just keep driving

 

The location of Mercer Park Condominiums is convenient and the interiors for the most part are updated. However, the Board restrictions are completely outrageous and they keep adding restrictions every few months. Further, the Board has not been the most financially sound. In addition, to requiring a special assessment for a new roof, the homeowner's dues are raised at least each year. There is a workout room but the equipment is extremely outdated. The club house is nice but again the restrictions for using it are numerous. I have seen it used for events twice in the last 5 years. For a time, the clubhouse windows actually displayed pictures of dog feces and a grass patch that had been ruined by dog urine. They were displayed in the window so passersby would be discouraged to have their pets eliminate themselves on the property. However, the Board tries to skimp on costs by hiring a cheap landscaping company so the landscaping already leaves much to be desired. I doubt the pets have m
