Graffiety problem, high dues, crime.

Former Owner 12404 E 202

 

I bought in 2006, for 200,000 and lost my job in 2009 along with many other americans. I tried to file bankructcy chapter 13 to try and save my condo. Only to have the Bluegrass board crush my attempt. The Board is hell bent on petty fines and dues rather then working with home owners to save thier properties. I was forced into filing chapter 7 allowing me to walk away from my condo, Thank God. I watched it sell for 87,000 in march 2011 over a 60% devalueation. In my opinion if Shuco properties and the bluegrass board acually cared about stoping foreclosers property values would be up by thousands. This Board works agaist home owners in every way from compounding late fees to petty regulations and fines to even towing my wifes car costing me 400 bucks while we were suffering finacial hardship. They accually have a parking natzi as we call her that tows residents cars with out notification. It was brought to my attention E 202 is in forcloser again, I can tell you from speaking with re

I LOVE BLUEGRASS

 

I also bought my condo in March 2007 and I love the location, close to everything, excellent for commuters (busline and park and ride within walking distance). I have a 2br/2ba and our layout is the first time I walked into a condo/apt and said "this one makes sense!" the master bedroom is huge, and our closet is awesome! we have storage on our deck and our living room/dining room/kitchen just flow together so perfectly! great for having famiy over to watch a game and the cabana is perfect for throwing birthday parties, showers, etc. everyone that comes is so impressed with the cabana/pool area. it's stunning! Danny (the onsite guru) is amazing, we just love him! friendly, works really hard to keep the condos looking great and the grounds are spectacular! The trees that they kept during the conversion just make the place! We love our neighbors and we love our little community!

Wonderful place to live

 

I bought my Condo here in March 2007. I love it. I have a 3bd/2bth. The layout is great. While the living room and kitchen are a bit small, the size of the dining room, bedrooms and full baths more than make up for it. The walk in closet in the master bedroom is also quite large. The window in the dining room is large and makes the dining room very sunny and cheery. There is also a window in the kitchen, which adds lots of light. I bought my Condo with the intention of staying, not reselling. And I couldn't be happier. It was well worth the money. The grounds are kept very neat and well groomed. Danny, the onsite property manager, is very involved and makes sure that all the lights are working, and non-resident cars do not overtake the vistor parking. The club house is gorgeous and huge. The pool is kept very clean and is nicely/comfortably decorated. Andrea, the head of our neighborhood watch, keeps us very well informed of current events and consistently sends out updates and tips. T
