Nice condominiums

 

These truly are nice condos and the location, while certainly not downtown Seattle or Bellevue is nice with the golf course nearby, and how will things ever improve if not for upgrades in housing and the people who live in them....every nice neighborhood has to be built and cared for...and the price/quality can't be beat in today's market.

In this neighborhood? NO WAY!!!

 

These are definately nice condos, but who in their right mind would put this kind of money down on something on CASINO road? There aren't any garages, so if you have a car, you wont have one for long! Even though the community is gated, that won't keep someone from stealing your car if they really want it. There are always people milling around on that road and for resale value alone I would warn people to stay away or atleast expect a non-return on your investment. Pole 5 other people who live in the Everett area and ask them if they would ever live on Casino road, let alone BUY on Casino road. If you buy at Terra Verde, expect to live there for a VERY long time. You will never be able to sell your "investment."

Great quality at a great price!

 

These units are very nice! True hardwood floors and cabinets (no laminate). Many of the units are unfinished. Thus, you can pick your own colors, cabinets, granite, etc. The natural light from the upstairs skylights (townhomes) is great! Grounds are well manicured. What's there not to like? I'm buying there.
