Awesome location, close to downtown and nice trail area. Great price in my opinion, the agents there gave me a great deal. The kitchens are just spectacular, they have tons of cabinets and a cool bar area.

There are better bets elsewhere

 

These condos are pretty shabby for the price you pay. From having a friend that resides there they are cheaply built and there are problems in the future.

On another note the noise level in these condos is terrible and since they are located right behind the school bus barn there are fumes at times during the school year that whaft through the back units.
