Ridgebrook

The current HOA Board ( at of 3-24-2010) has not been using liscensed and bonded contractors to complete maintenance items at Ridgebrook which has resulted in further damage to Ridgebrook properties. Please see the sidewalk cracks, the Board let a non liscensed person grade down the sidewalks and fill them with caulk instead of taking measures to properly fix them.

The Association has been notified that the elevator maintenance rooms are in much needed repair. There was a GEO study completed to show the ground needs to be stabilized by the previous Board. The current Board has not taken any action to complete these repairs.

There have been several dry rot issues at Ridgebrook. The entrance lights have been off for over a month, the pool was not opened as outlined in the CC & R's this past summer until homeowners interacted with the Health Dept and the Board to open the pool.

The hot tub has not been opened for the last two summers

I've lived at Ridgebrook for about 2 years now and we love it. The current HOA Baord has made numerous improvements to the property and our dues have not increased by more than $5 a year. We love the convenient location and value. Our homeowner dues pay for water, sewer, garbage, cable, earthquake and property insurance.
