Quiet, comfortable, perfect

Frazer Court is perfect. It is quiet - you'd think half of the units were empty based on the amount of activity in the building and the number of people you see. Wonderful underground parking garage. Residents you do see are friendly, professional but not annoying and nosy. Walking distance to grocery store, gym, movie theater, mall, coffee shops, bars.
