It is my experience and opinion that the board of Renton Ridge is arrogant and seems very biased against families and children. In fact, they have an unresolved complaint against them for discrimination and a fair housing violation.

The water sprinklers for the fire systems are always going off in the winter due to faulty, cheap and unresolved repairs (according to the contractor I spoke to the last time this hapened), leaving some residents with costly insurance claims and out of pocket expenses due to the severe water damage caused in their and other's units.

Then as a result, our fire systems are down for days wile the bwater is shut off to the fire sprinkler systems without anyone from the board or management office notifying us that we are unprotected.

In my opinion, the property manaement company this board uses is very incompentent and negligent and has caused more problems than solved them in- again, in my opinion.
