The standard finishes in Canal Station seem to be higher quality than Noma, however the price per square foot is also higher. If you are looking for something practical, Noma will fill those needs. If you don't mind spending more to get nicer interior finishes, check out Canal Station.

Yeah, You Betcha!

 

Ah, good old Ballard. one of the most recent recipients of gentrification. Scandi`s restaurant is gone but there are coffee houses on every corner.

If I was to live in a condo in Ballard, Canal Station would be one of my top picks. It is walking distance to what is becoming one of Seattle`s nightl ife destinations. It also has a good fitness center and a whole tone of people to befreind.

Gotta Love Whats Happening in Ballard

 

So glad to see the reduction of car lots and the influx of condos in Ballard. This building is especially interesting as it is not only super cool and in a great location, but it has totally changed the landscape of Ballard and the concrete jungle car lot it once was.

I love what they have done here...
