This building didn't have a concierge, and the lobby looked outdated as far as paint colors and furniture goes. If all of that doesn't matter to you, then this is the perfect place. Its prime Belltown location makes it great for entertainment. Bars, clubs, restaurants, and shopping are all outside your doorstep. Inside the building you'll find a sauna, jacuzzi, pool, fitness center, and a huge deck for entertaining guests. The deck has BBQ grills and a great view of the water. In the common area between the two buildings is a garden/terrace, where you'll get a Secret Garden type of ambiance.
