Living at The Parc

 

I live on the 3rd floor and the garden terrace gives me a lot of space for guests. The proximity to the sights and sounds of Seattle is perfect if you are looking to enjoy life.

The Parc

 

The Parc offers professionals the opportunity to live the big city life, yet be able to enjoy the outdoors without having to drive. The Parc is a short walking distance to Elliott Bay, The Space Needle, Pike Market and the Olympic Sculpture Parc. It is far enough from the bus line so noise is not a problem, but if bus transportation is desired, the closest bus stop is just a brief 3-5 minute walk. The rooftop terrace, fitness center, 24 hour concierge, owners lounge and guest suite make living at The Parc easy and enjoyable.

Parc..sounds french

 

I like the French sound of most things. I think it appeals to the artist in me. Anway, the proximity to the water is the biggest selling point for me. I think I was a mermaid in a previous life.

The parc? not the park?

 

the parc is a nice building. It is built by intra corp who does a good job of building to the middle market. I wouldn't call it a super high end property but it is definately nice. It is a great value for your money. It's also just a couple blocks from the Sculpture park which is nice but they won't let your kids touch the sculptures.
