New Construction

Here is an example of how buyers should do their research and use agents who know where to point them to find out about proposed buildings.

Cristalla has many awesome views but if your buying a unit with a southern exposure be aware of the building slated for construction immediately to the south. I understand Cristalla developers bought the air rights to the west to provide view protection but not to the south.

Satisfied Resident

Lived here for 2 years and we are now renting out our unit #807. Love this building and still park here, so I get to visit almost every day. Definitely worth the higher price per square foot for the location, excellent staff, and beautiful attention to detail and unique finishes the original owner selected for the unit while it was in presale.

Everything you need

This property includes everything you need.. you'd probably never have to leave your home. It sounds like the perfect place for downtown living and a lifestyle for the buyer who wants it all.

I like it!

This is one of my favorite condo buildings in Seattle. It is located in what I feel is the perfect ballance between Belltown, the retail core, and pikes place.

They did an awesome job with space, light, and amenities.
