Plus the Building looks like a lame Suburban Office Tower...

 

There's a needle exchange right - ie, for heroin addicts - next door on 2nd Avenue. Did they disclose this in the seller's disclosures? They also don't have airrights to the south and SW - so don't count on those views... Did they disclose that? And not even the Four Seasons can sell out down the block and two high end projects were cancelled within 2 blocks of this place - prices are tumbling... Did they disclose that?
