Best value in town

 

The Newmark is the best kept secret as to value, esp the view condos. Doubt the prices will remain so low, what with the Four Seasons opening in November, across the street. As well as the Hard Rock Cafe, also across the street to the north opening next year. This area is exploding in a good way, and the prior problems are being successfully addressed. The Newmark is well positioned now that new construction has been curtailed and the city is flat running out of spectacular view properties.
Do not know where else you can go and cross the street to either SAM, Benaroya, Hard
Rock Cafe and of course, the beloved Market. Location, location, location. This place has it all.

View Protection? Probably not!

 

This picture of the old building with 1521 in the background is just the sort of thing to keep in mind when you consider paying more for a view. I understand they are keeping the facade and building blocking some views from the Newmark as well as the south side of 1521 Second.
