This is one of my fav buildings in the city. Here are 3 things I love about it
1. The location is perfect. Step outside and you are in the best part of the city. Shows, restaurants, shopping, etc. Best location of any downtown building
2. Amenities, I love love love the pool. Many buildings have pools, but none like this one. The gym is also great... better than most any other condo gym in the city
3. The condos... Most of the new buildings have a similar quality level so I don’t think the units themselves get huge points. They are atleast equivalent though to the other new projects... equivalent meaning... they are really nice. Nice finishes, nice layouts, etc.

I totally disagree with the comments below. I don’t think there is a shot this building will go to a rental. It is VERY hard to displace condo owners and turn a building into a rental. Also, the sales seems to be going quite well with the new marketing team.
