Watch out!

 

Nice location but the building is still run by the Lender who bought it out of foreclosure. These people are tight with the money and will only spend money on things they think will help sell units. The penthouse units have excessive noise from the mechanical systems on the roof. Complaining about it does no good. There have been numerous problems with the building that are not disclosed when you buy a unit.

Condo Enthusiast!!!

 

This is a great new project! I have done some research on this project and I am very excited about the end product... This will be one of the very nicest buildings in the Tacoma area and definitely worth checking out for condo buyers. Great ammenities, right on the water... can't beat it.
